So last year September my husband and I became the proud owners of a lovely cottage. At the time purchasing a home that needed a bit of TLC seemed like a great idea.. 4 months down the line I am not sure. 
When we saw it I knew it was the place for us, moderately sized with a small front and backyard and in a safe close with access control and an electric fence. The minute we walked in (despite the moldy smell and untidiness) I was sold 🙂
I have to say one of the most exciting and extremely nerve wracking things I have ever done but needless to say taking the plunge has been awesome. There is tons of work to still be done, some of it I might blog about.
For now 1 step at a time towards our dream home..
